DCA receives British Empire Medal (BEM)!
Her Majestry, The Queen has published the Honours List in June 2022 on the occasion her birthday. We feel very proud to inform you that DCA was put on the list for the British Empire Medal ( BEM) due to the valuable services we provided to local vulnerable community in the difficult time of Covid-19. We are grateful to Tower Hamlets Council and Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Sector (THCVS) for their support to our organisation. We are also humble and grateful to our colleagues (10 volunteers) who worked very hard over pandemic period and subsequently we have achieved this prestigious award. It's a great inspiration to local community towards voluntary works for vulnerable residents.

Dorset Community Centre is located in Diss Street, just off Hackney road. Our spacious community centre offers open space, perfect for meetings, conferences, advice and educational sessions. There is also space that can be used for small family parties.
